Terms

Last updated: 15 October 2026. By using gutterssa.co.za you agree to these terms.

The Service

Gutters South Africa is a free quote-comparison service. We pass your enquiry to independent contractors who may contact you with quotes. We are not a gutter company and do not supply, install, repair or clean gutters.

No Obligation

Using the service is free and you are not obliged to accept any quote. We do not guarantee how many contractors will respond, how quickly, or that a contractor will be available for your job or area.

Your Agreement Is With the Contractor

Any assessment, quote, contract, payment, guarantee or dispute is between you and the contractor you appoint. Check their details, quote, insurance and terms before you pay.

Prices and Information

Prices on this website are ballpark ranges for guidance only, not quotations or offers. Information about gutter materials, drainage, rainwater harvesting and work at height is general and not engineering, plumbing, safety or legal advice. Confirm requirements with a qualified professional and your municipality.

Your Enquiry

You agree to provide accurate information. By submitting a quote request you agree to it being shared with relevant contractors, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for the work, products, advice or conduct of any contractor, or for loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
